A Mother's Plea: Stop Solitary Confinement of Children | American Civil Liberties Union
Solitary confinement as it is used today is inhumane. No one underage or mentally disabled should be put in solitary confinement, no one should be left there for an extended period of time, it's cruel and in human. Anyone in solitary should be under surveillance 24/7.
Lets get this changed or stopped altogether.
